Wilson launch their new spin and power racket
Last week we got the new Wilson Defyer in stores and have had a great reception to it from our customers. We've had so much interest from people to demo the rackets and these are no converting into sales. Wilson as a tennis brand have struggled in the past to compete in the Spin area of the market which is traditionally dominated by silos of rackets from competitors like the Babolat Pure Aero, Yonex VCORE and Head Extreme.
It looks like the new Defyer range will help to redress the balance and give WIlson solid foothold in this section of the market.
Feedback from customers has been very positive for the Defyer with lots of comments on how the racket helps them make shots more easily and does generate a lot of power and spin as they have been hyped to do.
We are already running low on stock of the Defyer due to the huge demand but are expecting more frames this week!
