The table below summarises our UK delivery options for most items.

For large items which require special delivery such as stringing machines we will be in touch.

For delivery outside of the UK parcels will be sent by the method selected at checkout.

Important: Any missing/undelivered parcels must be reported within 10 days of despatch otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

• All orders are dispatched on working days only, orders placed on non-working days are not processed until the next working day.
• Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on bank holidays. In these cases, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Delivery times are subject to ordering before our cut-off time of 3.30 pm for UPS, or 11.00am for DHL and Royal Mail.
• ClubRackets.com cannot be held liable for any further costs incurred as a result of late or non delivery of parcels.
• No refunds will be granted for the reason of parcels being delivered later than the estimated dates.
